How can a woman be empowered when she doesn't have freedom to think, speak her mind, dream, make plans, take decisions?
Never mind, these days I am thinking a lot about freedom.
To pseudo liberal, women from specif social class getting higher education from good pvt universities, doing job, and ending up having lush marriage in banquet with hubby dubby pics on her Facebook and doing every effort to prove her shraafat is liberating. Is freedom.
Maybe to others, it is freedom. To me it is permission. Certain specific class of women have "permission" to do this, and that.To me it is compromise without knowing it.
Anything after 'permission" is just permission, not freedom.
Freedom is every one MUST have right to think, feel, dream, decide, live without feeling guilty.

The answer to your question is simple: she can't. And women not having the freedom to do these things is evil in the eyes of God, by whatever name He's called.

ReplyDeleteFreedom...the unalienable, GOD-given right to LIFE, LIBERTY, and the PURSUIT OF HAPPINESS...I believe this with all my mind, heart and SOUL.
